In apostolic authority, Paul, by God, the Holy Spirit established governmental order with the brethren with a bold commandment in the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
In echoing the Lordship of the Son of God’s earthly ministry, the apostle commands the brethren to withdraw from what was seemingly a report of disorderly brothers. It appeareth the men were not receiving the truth of the Gospel and were insubordinate of the Word.
Admirably, Paul, continueth on in these passages with what was a most powerful voice of authority. In this, the apostle chose to principally remindeth the Thessalonians of how holily and justly his fellow co-laborers and he had behaved during his establishment of the church.
