God is our Refuge

By Apostle Tonya

Days ago, I was led by the Blessed Holy Spirit to watch a Christian news program.  Moments after the news program aired, I became deeply saddened at the heartbreaking footage of murdered civilians and the unjust war raging against Ukraine.  The reporting of this most tragic war with its photographs and footages captured by the lenses of the most brave believers appear to be acts of genocide.  After briefly watching the news broadcast, the dramatic escalating war provoked a wave of tears and pleading to thy Holy One of Israel to causeth the war to cease.  May our Merciful Father Answereth our cries.  Amen.

Surely our Holy Father is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble and is concerned.  In these troublous times which may leave us affrighted, our Lord is faithful to giveth us an Invitation to abide with Him.  Quite unusually, I have felt thy Lord leading me into His Hiding Place during the hours when I am usually serving Him in the ministry and have discerned our Beloved One’s Heart for Ukraine and the End Times.  I encourage you to be sensitive to the yielding of the Holy Spirit to rest in Him in this season.  In the Book of Psalms, Chapter 46:10, the Psalmist writes: “Be still, and know that I am God:  I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.”  It is in the stillness wherefore we receive and experience the generosity of our Lord.  Faithfully, the Wonder of our souls will openeth our eyes of understanding concerning His will for these times and how He has purposed to use us in it for His glory.

Thy Lord is surely compassionate.

In the eventide on this past Thursday, I was most surprised to receive an e-mail about the tragic shooting which occurred in Tel Aviv from a media news outlet who was most gracious with their request to interview me about the shooting in thy Lord’s Beloved Israel.  Friends, let us continue to remain faithful to pray that the peace of the Blessed Master be within the walls of Israel.  Psalm 122:7

May we also remember in this hour to be faithful unto thy Holy Lord in our giving.  As you may recall in the Book of Genesis, Chapter 26 verses 12-33, Isaac was blessed, prospered and waxed great because by faith he sowed in a season of a famine.  Friends, this I know of thy Majesty’s Heart, He is generous and surely giveth seeds to the sower.
